Bake Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 c. evaporated skim milk
    6 Tbsp. raisins
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/8 tsp. each: nutmeg and cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In mixing bowl, combine rice, milk, raisins, sugar, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole dish coated with nonstick spray.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Stir and bake 30 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
