Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and coarsely shredded
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine cheese and 1/4 cup butter in pan.
    Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes, mixing gently.
    Pour into a buttered 2-quart dish or pan.
    Dot with remaining butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
