Corn With Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn or 2 pkg. frozen corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
Preparation
    Prepare corn as needed. Cut enough kernels from corn to measure 3 cups. Cook and stir corn, onion, celery and garlic in butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until onion is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and cook until corn is tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Yields 8 servings. Has 95 calories per serving.
