Pecan Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 to 3/4 c. pecans, ground
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. applesauce
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine flour, pecans, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Beat together applesauce, milk, eggs and margarine.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
    Cook on greased nonstick griddle over medium-high heat, turning once. Makes 14 pancakes.
