Sparkling Fruit Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 large pkg. Jell-O (sparkling white grape flavor)
1/2 c. each red and green grape halves
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. cold ginger ale
Preparation

Stir boiling water into gelatin for at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Gently stir in cold ginger ale.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Remove from refrigerator and stir for 15 seconds. Stir in grapes and oranges.
Pour into 6 cup mold.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
(If using plastic mold, spray mold with nonstick cooking spray for easy unmolding.)
