Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Line unbaked pie shell with foil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Remove foil.
    Bake for 4 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce oven temperature to 375\u00b0.
    Saute mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes; drain.
