Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Mix egg, milk and oil together.
Pour liquid in middle; stir just until moistened.
Spoon into muffin pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from pans while still warm.
