Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup oil
    2 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 mashed bananas
    2 cups sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla
    1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl combine oil and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well; add flour, baking powder. Mix well; add milk, vanilla, and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Lightly cover the tops of the loaves with foil if the tops begin turning too brown before the bread is done. Bread is done when toothpick is inserted in enter comes out clean.
