Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add flour and beat until smooth.
    Add eggs; beat until combined.
    Stir in buttermilk and vanilla; beat well.
    Pour filling into pastry shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 45 minutes or until set.
