Chicken Parmesan Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pillsbury refrigerated All-Ready pizza crust
    1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spread pizza crust on 10-inch pizza pan as directed on package.
    Set aside.
    In medium size bowl, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
    Dip chicken pieces in melted margarine, then in cracker crumb mixture and place individually on a large baking sheet.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Spread tomato sauce evenly over prepared pizza crust.
    Arrange baked chicken pieces evenly on tomato sauce.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
    Slice and serve immediately.
    Makes 8 servings.
