Oven-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. small, unpeeled red potatoes, cut into wedges
2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Drizzle oil over.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
Toss gently to coat.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with fork.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
