Creamy Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pineapple juice
3 large apples, cubed
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. raisins
leaf lettuce
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except lettuce, in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture. Toss gently. Cover and chill. Toss again before serving. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
