Banana Split Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick plus 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 sticks oleo
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
5 bananas
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip
1 c. pecans, chopped
cherries (optional)
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs and melted oleo.
Press into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Beat oleo, sifted sugar, vanilla and eggs for 15 minutes on high speed.
Pour over crust.
Layer bananas, pineapple, Cool Whip and cherries on top.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
