Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks softened butter or margarine
2 c. plain or self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can lemon pie filling
Preparation

In another bowl, mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners sugar.
Spread this mixture on top of cooled mixture.
Next, spread lemon pie filling over cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top with Cool Whip, if you like.
