Creole Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and vinegar.
Cook to soft ball stage. Add butter and nuts.
Remove from heat.
Beat until it starts to get thick.
Drop onto waxed paper using teaspoon.
Cool.
Makes 3 dozen pralines.
