Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pink salmon
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Form into patties and fry until brown in lightly oiled skillet.
    Drain on paper towels. Makes 10 to 12 salmon cakes.
