Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pastry shell
Preparation

Beat eggs at medium speed until thick and lemon colored. Add butter and next 4 ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until filling is set. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
