Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (14 oz.) bag light caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, margarine and 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Pour half of the batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
    Spread remaining batter (will be very thick) over top. Return to oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
