Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 medium apples, diced
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add 2 cups flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Beat well.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup flour on apples. Fold into batter.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0 in sheet pan.
    Nuts are optional.
    I usually add 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts.
