Five Cup Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned pineapple
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple and oranges.
    Select a large mixing bowl and combine all ingredients with sour cream being the last.
    Gently mix and chill.
    Add 1/2 c. pecans, if desired.
