Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar, sprinkled over 4 c. fresh peaches or strawberries
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir in fruit and vanilla.
    Freeze according to package directions.
