Bacon And Chive Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. quartered, unpeeled small red potatoes (30 oz.)
6 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. mustard
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped chives or sliced green onions
Preparation

Add potatoes to boiling water.
Cook 14 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl.
Add potatoes, bacon and chives or onions.
Mix lightly and refrigerate.
