Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken or turkey broth
1 c. water (warm)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
giblets, cooked
Preparation
-
In a pot bring 2 cups of broth to a boil.
Add cut up giblets. In measuring cup, add 1 cup of warm water.
Stir in cornstarch until it is not lumpy.
Add to broth and stir constantly.
