Papas Fritas(Fried Potatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings or oil
    2 large onions, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Wash and peel potatoes; slice very thin.
    Heat drippings or oil over medium-high heat in skillet.
    Cook potatoes until golden brown on one side.
    Turn potatoes and smother with onions.
    Turn once more to mix potatoes and onions.
    Season with salt and pepper; serve immediately.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
