Grilled Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 lb. halibut steaks
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. minced dill weed
1 Tbsp. chives
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the halibut, to make a marinade.
Marinate the halibut in the refrigerator at least 1 hour, turning at least once.
