Creek Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 lb. bacon
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice into thin squares.
    Dice onion into small pieces.
    Grease a large baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.
    Layer the bottom of the pan with bacon, 1/2 potatoes, onion and 6 slices Velveeta.
    Repeat again, starting with bacon.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
