Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Stir
    boiling
    water into corn meal.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour
    into
    greased
    2 quart casserole.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 40 to 45 minutes or until just set.
    Serve hot with butter and warm maple syrup.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
