Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of baking powder
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. ice water
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients with pastry blender until crumbly and add ice water.
Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Prepare pie crust in usual manner.
May be kept in refrigerator for several days.
