Eggs Hemmingway(Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    12 Tbsp. or 3/4 c. milk/water
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1/4 c. green pepper, minced
    1 c. chopped ham
    2 potatoes, cooked and cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    slices of tomato and cheese (for top)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except tomato and cheese, in greased casserole dish or pan.
    Layer slices of cheese on top.
    Slice tomato on top of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (or less if glass dish) for 45 to 60 minutes.
