Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or chicken fat
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. chicken stock
    2 c. light cream or canned milk
    4 c. cooked diced chicken
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter on low
    heat
    in
    saucepan.
    Add
    flour and salt, mixing well.
    Allow
    mixture to bubble 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add pepper, stock and cream.
    Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes or until it is thickened and there is
    no
    starchy
    taste.
    Remove from heat. Add chicken and lemon juice.
