Cheddar Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine butter with cheese until smooth in a medium bowl. Blend in flour, salt and paprika, then knead lightly with hands to form a soft dough.
    Roll into marble size balls.
    Put on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes until firm and golden.
    Serve warm.
