Rice And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice, cooked
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. onion
    1/3 c. celery
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in butter.
    With a buttered casserole dish, put rice on bottom, then 1/3 of the cheese, tomatoes, onion, pepper and celery mixture.
    Repeat until all ingredients are used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
