Diet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 (8 oz.) tub light Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (unsweetened)
2 c. coconut
Preparation

Freeze cake for easy slicing.
Mix Cool Whip and coconut. Drain pineapple; save juice.
Line deep dish with slices of cake. Sprinkle with pineapple chunks and spread with topping and coconut mixture.
Repeat with cake and topping, using juice on cake and end with topping.
