Golden Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar and cream.
Melt over low heat until at soft ball stage.
Test in cool water.
Set aside to cool or place stewer in pan of cold water to cool quickly.
Beat until thick and creamy.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Blend well.
Drop by teaspoon on wax paper until firm enough to remove.
