Reduced Fat Turkey Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    8 oz. turkey breast, cooked and sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. turkey broth
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on package until just tender; drain. Arrange broccoli in 1 1/2-quart casserole; lay turkey slices on top of broccoli.
    Mix cornstarch with broth in saucepan until smooth.
    Add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat; add cheese and salt.
    Stir until cheese melts. Pour sauce over the turkey.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until sauce is bubbly about 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
