Fresh Fruit Slush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh or unsweetened, frozen strawberries
2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. honey
carbonated mineral water (lime flavored preferred)
Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth; pour into ice cube trays.
(This mixture can also be poured into popsicle molds and served as a healthy popsicle.)
Freeze until solid. Take frozen cubes and blend with enough mineral water to form a slush consistency.
