Ingredients

3 lb. lean meat
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 to 2 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dry or prepared mustard
Preparation

Cut jerky into 1/2 by 1/4-inch strips.
Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat.
Marinate overnight.
Remove from marinade and dry on paper towels.
Dry in oven until dry at 200\u00b0 or dry on racks over wood stove.
