Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. extra lean hamburger
    1/4 lb. sausage
    1 cup crumbled saltines
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. accent (optional)
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    If mixture seems too dry, add a little more milk.
    Shape into a loaf and bake in a flat dish at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour 30 minutes or until done.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. May pour 8 oz. can of tomato sauce over meat before baking.
