Apple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. thinly sliced apples

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil well.
In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture and beat.
Fold in apples.
Add pecans; mix well.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan in a 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or bake in 2 greased layer pans for 40 to 45 minutes.
