24 Hour Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf English muffin bread
    8 eggs
    3/4 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 cube margarine
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chives
    dark cayenne to taste
    shrimp, crab, bacon or sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Spread bread with butter and cream cheese and cut into cubes. Place evenly in a well-greased casserole.
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and chives.
    Pour over bread cubes; add grated cheese.
    Refrigerate covered overnight.
    Bake covered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Continue baking uncovered for 10 minutes.
