Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 blocks cream cheese (regular or light)
    1 bundle green onions, finely chopped
    1/2 small moon Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 (8 oz.) jar mild picante sauce
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft. Combine all ingredients, except tortillas and picante sauce, using a potato masher.
    Spread over flat tortillas.
    Roll and place on paper towels.
    Wrap, putting into a plastic bag.
    Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or overnight.
    Slice to use as finger snack. Dip in picante sauce and enjoy.
    Use within 2 days.
