Grandma'S Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 loaves sandwich bread
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    melted butter (about 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Cut crusts from bread slices.
    Combine cream cheese, egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Spread on the bread slices.
    Roll up like kieflies or crescent rolls.
    Brush with melted butter. Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and the cinnamon.
    Roll each bread slice in the mixture.
    Freeze on cookie sheets. Transfer into freezer bags.
    When ready to use, bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
