No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. whole milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until blended.
    Grease two 9-inch pie plates.
    Divide mixture evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm of cold.
