Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cracker meal
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form in patties.
    Fry in margarine or shortening until golden brown, turning once.
    Makes about 12.
