Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. regular rice
1 Tbsp. salt
2 green peppers, chopped
3 c. cooked, diced meat or seafood
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 c. boiling water
Preparation

In skillet, cook and stir rice in oil over medium heat until brown.
Add salt, water, bouillon and soy sauce.
Cover tightly. Simmer on low heat 20 minutes.
Add onions, celery, green peppers and meat.
Cover tightly and simmer 10 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
