Venison Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison
    8 pierogies
    2 grated carrots
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    dash of garlic pepper
    1/2 onion, diced
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Precook pierogies.
    Cut venison into strips; lightly flour and fry in butter with seasonings and onion.
    When done to your liking, add pierogies; fry until browned.
    Add carrots and peas. Stir.
    Fry only until peas are warm.
    Serves 4.
