Jamie'S Easy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. white syrup
Preparation
    Bring butter, brown sugar, white syrup and cream of tartar to boil in heavy pan.
    Boil for 5 minutes, stirring.
    Pour over popcorn, stirring as you pour.
    Make into balls or eat as is.
