Banana Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs (at room temperature)
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1 1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix until well blended, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Turn batter into greased and lightly floured 10-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto rack and cool completely.
If desired, dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
Makes 16 servings.
