Taco Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
shredded lettuce
grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and add onions.
Drain.
Add tomato sauce, water, taco seasoning, hot pepper sauce and refried beans.
(Beans make it thick and pasty.
If too thick, add more water but don't get it runny.)
Let mixture cool.
Line bottom of pan with meat mixture, then layer sour cream, lettuce and cheese on top.
Serve with tortilla chips.
