Fresh Tomato Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes
    1 c. mozzarella cheese, finely diced
    1/3 c. fresh basil, chopped
    3 medium cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 loaf crusty Italian bread
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in half horizontally and squeeze out seeds.
    Cut tomato into very small dice.
    Place in a colander and drain 30 minutes. Transfer tomatoes into a bowl and add next 7 ingredients.
